We ate at Chili's once while in PR. This is one of several dishes with a PR flare on the menu. Ground beef with PR seasonings, ripe plantain pieces, black beans, sour cream, and avocado. If you look at the jungle in the nearby mountains, you can tell where the rain is falling by where you see fog. The rain falls and the heat of the forest turns it into steam. Fun to watch!
