We ate at Chili's once while in PR. This is one of several dishes with a PR flare on the menu. Ground beef with PR seasonings, ripe plantain pieces, black beans, sour cream, and avocado. Scoop it up with chips. YUM! (Wish I'd gone ahead and tried the burger with the friend plantains added!)
